July 2011 – Skypaq used to record longest commercial flight using Biofuel

On July 20th 2011 Finnair completed the longest the world’s longest commercial flight to date using biofuel. The flight took place between Amsterdam Schipol Airport (AMS) and Helsinki Vantaa Airport (HEL). Fuel data for the flight along with other operational and maintenance data was recorded by Finnair flight crew and technicians on Skypaq’s eLog system.

 
Richard McKenna, CEO of Skypaq stated that his company was delighted to be working with Finnair on such important initiatives for the environment.
